Return Period
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase for eligible items. All return requests must be initiated within this 30-day window to be considered.
The return period begins on the date you receive access to the course or product, or the date of purchase, whichever is later. For subscription-based services, the return period applies to the initial purchase only.
Please note that the return period may vary for certain promotional items or special offers, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within the specified return period (30 days from purchase)
- For digital courses, you must not have completed more than 25% of the course content
- The course or product must not have been downloaded, copied, or shared with others
- You must provide a valid reason for the return request
- The purchase must have been made directly through our website
- You must not have previously requested a refund for the same item
We reserve the right to deny return requests that do not meet these conditions or that we determine to be fraudulent or abusive.
Cost of Return Shipping
Since we primarily offer digital products and online courses, there are typically no physical items to return and therefore no return shipping costs.
In the rare event that you have purchased a physical product from us:
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We will cover the cost of return shipping if the item is defective, damaged, or if we sent you the wrong item
- Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns initiated by the customer (change of mind, not as described, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Free Returns: We may offer free return shipping for certain products or during promotional periods, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase
All physical returns must be sent to our address using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

- Completed Courses: Courses that have been 100% completed or where a certificate of completion has been issued
- Excessive Usage: Courses where more than 25% of the content has been accessed or completed
- Downloaded Content: Digital downloads, software, or materials that have been downloaded or accessed
- Special Promotions: Items purchased during special promotional periods where returns are explicitly excluded
- Gift Purchases: Items purchased as gifts (the original purchaser must initiate the return)
- Custom or Personalized Items: Customized courses or personalized content created specifically for you
- Subscription Renewals: Renewal fees for ongoing subscriptions (cancellation applies to future periods only)
- Third-Party Products: Products or services provided by third parties that we facilitate access to

Order Cancellation Policy

- After Access: Once you have received access, cancellation follows our standard return policy (30-day return period)
- Processing Orders: Orders that are still being processed may be cancelled by contacting us immediately

Subscription Cancellations
For subscription-based services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access until the end of the paid period
- No refunds are provided for the current billing period after cancellation

Refund Procedure
